The rods undergo wire drawing: heated and pulled through progressive dies to the desired diameter (0.8mm - 4.0mm), boosting tensile strength and surface smoothness. Next is thorough cleaning—pickling to remove oxides, alkaline degreasing for oil stains, and rinsing to ensure a pure surface.
The core galvanizing step offers two options: hot-dipped (HDG) at 450℃ for a dense, metallurgically bonded zinc coating; electro-galvanizing (EG) via electrolysis for a thin, bright layer. Post-treatment includes air/water cooling, passivation to prevent white rust, and straightening/cutting per requirements.
Final strict inspection checks coating thickness, tensile strength, and surface quality. Qualified products are packaged into standard 10kg/20kg coils/spools, labeled, and ready for global shipment.

Remarks During Use and Handling:
a. During transportation, handle the steel wire gently and carefully to avoid bumping and damaging it. Moisture and rain are prohibited. The steel wire must be stored indoors in a dry and well-ventilated place.
b. Pay attention to the direction of the steel wire when paying off. Ensure that the spools or coils rotate freely to maintain consistent tension of all the steel wires.
c. For batch usage, repack the remaining wire to avoid surface oxidation.
